The company will expand the financing channels, extend the business platform, improve the operational level, build the core competitiveness and develop the company into a first-class financial services company in an orderly way according to the detailed five-year development plan formulated by the Board. The company will establish business management headquarters in Beijing and Shanghai, business implementation headquarters in Jinan, and industrial fund management company in Urumqi, Xinjiang, in cooperation with the local government, so that the company can better develop the business. In the meanwhile, the company will set up small loan companies at the right time to extend the business platform and service functions. The company aims to achieve the business scale of RMB 20 billion yuan, the team scale of 80 members, and the overall competitiveness of top 5% in the industry, and tries to be listed in Hong Kong capital market by 2015.
